The basic functions of the Apartment Face Frame Detailer position are to offload the dimter saw, stack parts according to size, and operate the drill tub. Must be able to work on a team, sort parts quickly and efficiently, and use a tape measure. Swing shift and day shift available.

Apartment Finish Assembler
The basic function of the Apartment Finish Assembler is to assemble the final cabinet from parts manufactured in other departments, following all safety and quality guidelines. Must be able to sort components quickly and efficiently, read a tape measure, use pneumatic hand tools, and work in a team atmosphere. Swing shift available.

Custom Wide Belt Sander Operator
The basic functions of the Wide Belt Sander Operator/Detailer Position are to run product through the Wide Belt Sander, ensure that the machine is properly maintained, and putty frame, following safety and quality guidelines. Applicants must have the ability to, read a tape measure, use machinery, use hand tools, saws and pneumatic tools. Applicant must have good communication skills, ability to work in a team, and ability to read and comprehend plans. Swing shift and day shift available. Swing shift and day shift available.

U.V. / Stain Line Machine Off-Loader
The basic functions of the UV Machine Operator are to set up, load and run the UV machine, delegate duties and train employees, assist in the flow of production, maintain logs and know all operations of the machine, following safety and quality guidelines. Ability to read a tape measure. Ability to use machinery. Good communication skills. Ability to lead a team. Ability to read and comprehend plans. Swing shift position available.

Human Resources Generalist
Lanz Cabinet Shop, Inc., in Eugene, Oregon is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Generalist position. Lanz Cabinets is a fast-growing, dynamic company that designs and builds cabinets for multi-family apartments, condos and military projects, as well as custom cabinetry for single-family homes. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages worker's comp claims; schedules random drug screens; manages unemployment claims; attends employment hearings; serves as the Employee Relations specialist; distributes monthly performance evaluations; submits annual EEO reports; reviews and administers termination & PIP paperwork; conducts and administers exit interviews; supports payroll with benefits, AFLAC & 401(k); assists with recruitment tasks; administers and tracks FMLA/OFLA participants; manages and tracks disciplinary action; maintains all employee-related files; coaches and guides supervisors & managers on PIPs and performance management issues & approaches; writes and updates job descriptions; manages New Employee Orientation Program; maintains employee handbook and revisions; provides training on Oregon BOLI topics and issues; administers compensation plans; maintains HRIS system accuracy; ensures compliance with state and federal regulations; administers last chance agreements; assists in HR & OD program design, development and delivery. Hours / Shifts:
Day Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, some overtime is required
Swing Shift: Mon- Fri 4:00 pm to 12:30 pm, some overtime is required
Office Hours: Mon- Fri 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, some overtime is required

Hours are Day Shift unless otherwise noted.
