Cabinet Sales Representative:
selling our Lanz Cabinet products to contractors, individuals, architects and designers. The right candidate will demonstrate our products to customers, showing how Lanz Cabinet products will enhance our customer's products.

Sales experience and with a strong emphasis in cabinet sales desirable.

This position will be responsible for bids and creating leads in their assigned area.

General Tasks and Responsibilities
§ Develop customer database
§ Perform bidding strategy
§ Maintain sales and promotional materials provided by Lanz Cabinet Shop
§ Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
§ Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
§ Negotiate with clients
§ Develop sales proposals
§ Present sales contracts
§ Maintain sales activity records and reports including Lanz order entry forms
§ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship
§ Gather appliance specifications or other special customer job requirements
§ Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
§ Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Education and Experience
§ knowledge of relevant computer applications
§ knowledge of principles and practices of sales
§ knowledge of customer service principle
§ knowledge of basic business principles
§ experience in sales
§ experience in making presentations
§ proven ability to achieve sales targets
